About the event
It’s time to stroll some of the beautiful Michigan forests with Nydia, The GangaClergy.
Nydia practices a three-pillar approach to health and wellness that includes mind, body, and sacred plant medicine. She will lead us through the forest with special stops and exercises to let our inner child roam and become one with the forest and nature.
What to expect:
- An intimate stroll with the ladies
- Tree hugging
- Breathwork
- Qi-gong and grounding
- And snacks!!!
