Solstice Ceremonial Dinner

An evening to re-establish your relationship with plant medicines through food, ceremony and intention.  

We realize in this hectic and dense world that our belief systems around plant medicine as food has been gravely affected and we need the spaces and places to develop these practices.  So Sara and Nydia have teamed up to bring an evening of intentional and ceremonial gathering and communion using all the current plant medicines availbale to us in various forms.

Sara, owner and founder of KosmikKoala is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and longtime herbalist chef, specializing in floral raw chocolates and plant based grain-and-nut-free elegant desserts.

She has a background in plant-based fine dining, culinary education, yoga, gong and song meditation, and neuroscience. She has bachelors degrees in nursing and biological psychology, and a masters in clinical nutrition.

Nydia GanjaClergy is on ordained clergy woman, cannabis educator, and advocate.  Founder of URWellnessllc, a holistic & intuitive guide using a three-pillar approach to mind, body, and sacred plant medicine.  Creating sacred circles and brave spaces for individuals to explore sacred plant medicines, using her Cannabis sacrament in ceremony.

- Seared Local Radish, Spiced Pine Nut Butter

- Personal Roasted Mini Pumpkin Bowl, Curried Pumpkin Soup. Topped with Homemade Kale Chips & Coconut Cream Swirl

Digestive:

- Cinnamon+ Ginger + Orange Bitters Digestive Cordial

Dessert:

- Maple Roasted Stuffed Pears, Cinnamon Candied Hazelnuts, Dried Local Fruit.  Served with Vanilla Nice Cream & Warm Raw Chocolat Sauce

- Spiced Local Cider, Wild Fermented Pine & Elderberry Tonic.  Hot Shilajit to Open. Ceremonial Cacao After Dessert.
