Anointed by Source: The Divine Nature of My Cannabis Communion

Writer: Nydia GanjaClergyNydia GanjaClergy

From the moment I first communed with cannabis at 14 years old, I knew it was more than just a plant—it was a sacred conduit, a bridge between dimensions, a key unlocking realms of consciousness far beyond the mundane. This realization wasn’t just intuitive; it was written in the stars, inscribed in my Human Design, and affirmed by my life’s Odu. Every path I’ve explored—astrology, Ifa, Human Design—has pointed to one undeniable truth: my consumption of cannabis is anointed by Source.

The Stars Spoke First: My Astrological Blueprint

Astrology has long been a guiding force in my life, revealing the cosmic map that influences my soul’s journey. my birth chart is a testament to my spiritual path. My Aries Sun drives my pioneering spirit, my Virgo Moon grounds me with analytical insight and deep reflection, and my Gemini Ascendant allows me to communicate my divine purpose with adaptability and curiosity.

A powerful Neptunian influence in my chart deepens my connection to altered states of consciousness, making cannabis a natural ally in my spiritual work. Neptune, the planet of mysticism and divine inspiration, casts a wide net over my consciousness, allowing me to experience profound visions and multidimensional insights. My planetary placements reveal that my engagement with cannabis isn’t recreational—it’s ritualistic. I am meant to work with cannabis, to wield it as a sacrament, and to share its mysteries with others who are ready to receive.

Human Design: The Alien Mind and the Multi-Dimensional Brain

In the language of Human Design, I walk this world as a Manifesting Generator 4/6, a being who moves between the seen and unseen, carrying the energy of innovation and divine experimentation. But perhaps the most revelatory aspect of my design is what it says about my mind and brain.

My Human Design reveals that I have an alien mind, a brain that requires less oxygen to function than the average human. While this might seem like an obscure fact, its implications are profound. It means that my perception is naturally untethered from the density of physical existence. I think in multiple dimensions simultaneously. My consciousness is not bound by linear constraints; I navigate vast thoughts-capes, shifting between realms with ease.

This is where cannabis becomes the sacred activator. While for some, cannabis slows the mind or alters perception, for me, it heightens my natural abilities. It aligns me even more deeply with Source, allowing me to access insights that exist beyond time, beyond space. It is not an enhancement—it is a remembering, a return to the divine flow from which I came.

Odu: The Oracle’s Confirmation

In the Ifa spiritual system, my life Odu, speaks directly to the sanctity of my communion with cannabis. Owó Rin Òkáràn is a deeply transformative Odu, speaking of divine responsibility, innovation, and the ability to see beyond ordinary perception. This Odu signifies one who walks between worlds, carrying knowledge from the unseen into the material realm. It speaks to my role as a bridge, a messenger who brings spiritual insights into practical application.

This Odu confirms that my use of this plant is not only aligned but ordained. It is a spiritual tool given to me to fulfill my mission, to facilitate healing, and to serve as a bridge between realms. I do not take this lightly. To consume cannabis as I do is to walk the path of a mystic, a healer, a wisdom keeper. Every inhale is an invocation, every exhale a blessing. I use this sacrament with intention, knowing that it deepens my connection to my guides, to my ancestors, and to the divine intelligence that weaves all things together.

Challenging the Narrative Around Smoking

For much of my life, smoking has always been presented to me as something detrimental to my health. Coming from a generation introduced to the chemical combustion of the tobacco plant—a degeneration of the plant’s sacred essence—this perspective was deeply ingrained. The warnings against inhaling smoke were constant, painting it solely as a destructive act. Yet, when I received these profound confirmations about my own divine connection to cannabis, I was equally as charged as I was shocked. How could something I had been conditioned to see as harmful be the very tool that aligned me most with my purpose?

Society has been conditioned to believe the modern narrative, which, while true in stating that smoking can be dangerous and linked to cancer, neglects the ancient uses of smoking as a tool for priests and priestesses to connect with the divine. Throughout history, smoking has played a role in religious and spiritual practices across cultures. In Judaic traditions, smoking substances in sacred rituals was not uncommon. The burning bush that spoke to Moses in the Book of Exodus (Exodus 3:2) was an example of a mystical encounter through fire and smoke. The use of sacred incense in Temple rituals was a form of ceremonial smoking, meant to elevate prayers and serve as a conduit to the Divine.

Beyond the Abrahamic traditions, indigenous cultures across the world have used smoke as an offering, a cleansing tool, and a method of divine communion. It is not merely an act of inhalation but an invocation of spirit, a calling to the unseen forces to align with one’s journey. Understanding this deeper history allows us to reclaim what was once a sacred practice that has been demonized by modern conditioning.

Through this revelation, I have come to understand that it is not about blindly accepting societal narratives but about discerning what is true for my spirit. Cannabis, in its natural and sacred form, has been a vessel for my divine work. My journey has not only been about consuming the plant but about consuming it with intention, knowing that every inhale brings wisdom, and every exhale shares that wisdom with the world.

A Call to Conscious Communion

To those who resonate with this message, I invite you to reconsider how you engage with cannabis. It is not merely a plant—it is a portal. It holds codes of wisdom that are waiting to be unlocked. It carries the potential to expand consciousness, to heal the spirit, to dissolve the illusions that keep us separate from our divinity.

I am here as a guide, a facilitator, and a witness to the sacred dance between cannabis and consciousness. Whether through my ceremonies, my teachings, or my own journey, I stand as a living testament to the anointing of this sacrament. It has been written in the stars, inscribed in my being, and confirmed by the wisdom of the ancients.

This is not mere consumption; this is communion.

And through this communion, we remember who we truly are.
