Once you book, you’ll receive:

• A preparation guide with suggestions for:

  • Light fasting or dietary adjustments

  • Avoiding alcohol, synthetic substances, or stimulants

  • Journaling your intentions

  • Resting the night before

  • Ceremonial mindset practices

  • Ingesting Cannabis is acceptable & encouraged
